The process to obtain permission to access the stakeholders, population, or data source: The process to obtain permission to access will be in form of a letter explaining what a capstone project entails followed by the name of the topic. The stakeholders will include the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), and the Joint Commission who accredits United States health care organizations and programs. The population consists of adults 18 years old and up who have co-occurring disorders. The data sources are KIPUEMR [Electronic Medical Record], Trac9, and GPRA [Government Performance and Results Act]. The data sources can open raw data and can be correlated with any PHI [Protected Health Information].
