I’m working on a sports management discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Identify which developing country and league you chose. Then, when considering your chosen league (NBA or MLB), explain why you chose your selected country in which to expand its presence. Describe the strategy that your chosen league should adopt to expand its presence in your chosen country. Finally, after describing the strategy you selected and explaining how your strategy complies with your country’s cultural, demographic, and economic factors, explain the potential challenges that exist within your country and/or its population that may interfere with the carrying out of your strategy.
